Default Hi Nicholas

Nice to meet you. Have you been flying much? If not, I'd suggest a Discovery Flight at your local airport. They typically cost $49 and you fly with and instructor for about 30-40 minutes.

That would be a nice way to get a feel for flight in general. Are you planning on going to college? I would suggest going to college and getting a degree in something to fall back on in the event you can not fly one day due to an unforeseen medical condition or something of that nature.

ATP is by far the quickest and most efficient way to get all of your training and ratings but I would encourage you to go to college first.

Good luck and let me know how things are going and if you have any other questions.

Todd
