Default Introduction

Hello Jeremy,
My name is Tyler Newman and i have been very interested in flying my whole life. I, like Ryan was put through a devorce and had to fly back and forth from Seattle to Denver or Salt Lake. I became very interested in being a pilot as a kid after meeting an actual pilot and it became a dream of mine, but like becoming a prof. baseball or basketball player the dream dwindled with age. So I now find myself in college studying business but have no idea what to get into, at all whatsoever! My ex-gf is in Salt Lake City right now training to become a flight attendent and tells me of how exciting it is and will be. So I have been pondering more and more what it would be like to be a pilot, and how hard it would be to become a comercial pilot like i grew up dreaming about. After reading up on it a little bit it doesn't seem horriblly out of reach, for anyone willing to put in the time and effort really. Honestly I havn't gotten this intrested in a career for college or anywhere else for that matter so i am very pleased that there is someone i can fire my questions in the matter at, so thank you and i hope to hear from you soon.
Tyler

Hi, there, Tyler.

No matter how you caught it, we have all gotten the bug of flying. I'm not sure there is a cure. Ok, a little silly, I know.

Anyway, welcome to the Pilot Career Coach Forums. Please bounce your questions this way. I'll do my best to answer them for you. Please also feel free to chime in on other people's posts if you have something to add.

I hope to hear from you again soon,
Jeremy
