Ok make sense now. I have had questioins bottled up, but I haven't had anyone to ask. I was looking at airlinepilotcentral.com and looking at various regionals and majors and they were talking about training contracts. I was wondering if you could go into some more depth about that as well?

Sorry I missed your last question there... typically we ask that folks ask each new question in new threads so that we can address them more in-depth and the title of the threads help folks better search for the answers they are looking for.
