Smile Hi!

I'm 16 and entering my Senior year in high school. After high school I'd like to get my pilot's license and make that my career. I have no idea where to start.

Thank you,
Alexus Turner

Hi Alexus,

Welcome to the forums and thank you for participating in them. I think that you will definitely find some great information on these forums. Feel free to read all about the other Coaches and posts on their forums too.

Well you are doing already what I would recommend first: Research.

Research is the key. The more you know about ATP and the programs they offer the better. But more than that remember that there are a lot of choices of flight schools out there. You should look at as many of them as you can. Compare schools and programs against each other. Look at the pros and cons of each one. Look at safety, maintenance, fleet, location options, program options, costs, what's included in the cost, what's extra, what about additional training, job placement, employment options, industry reputation, student placement track record, etc.

This is a really big decision and a big commitment of time, training, focus and motivation, and financial resources. You should be 100% confident that the flight school you choose is the right fit for you.

Like I siad, you are off to a great start already.

If you have any questions please remember to post each one as a seperate post and I'll do my best to answer them.

Regards,

Michael
