My recommendation for accumulating flight time is to instruct. This will probably look more valuable in your logbook, but doing other types of flying on the side is not a bad option either. After spending the time resources into obtaining your instructor certificates I feel it's a good idea to put them to use. Instructing is a great way to increase your knowledge base and flying ability all while having a positive impact on a student's career and life.
